A global investment manager is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong CRM experience (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365) from a financial services background to join a multi-year CRM transformation programme. This role offers the opportunity to help shape how CRM platforms support Distribution, Marketing, Servicing, and Finance teams through enhanced functionality and improved data-driven insight. Hybrid working arrangement: 2-3 days in the London City offices. Initial 6 month engagement with a multi-year book of work budgeted.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across business units (Sales, Marketing, Servicing, Finance) to optimise CRM capabilities and processes.
- Develop robust client and product data models within Salesforce for global scalability.
- Produce high-quality business change documentation and manage requirements using JIRA.
