As a Deal Maker - Business Development Manager, you will drive business development and expand the organisation’s international footprint. This role offers an opportunity to develop top-tier B2B sales skills and contribute to a growing team. Experience in employee incentive compensation management software is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively research target clients and opportunities globally, identifying and engaging with potential prospects.
  • Generate leads and establish long-term relationships with key stakeholders through networking, including attending approved conferences.
  • Organise a daily work schedule to reach out to existing and potential leads, focusing on engaging decision-makers.
  • Lead outbound sales and business development efforts, including managing outreach to new clients.
