Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced change management consultant with extensive people advisory experience to join a UK Consultancy. The ideal candidate will have extensive consulting, change management and people advisory experience. Experience within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry would be advantageous.
The ideal candidate for the Change Associate role brings a wealth of consulting experience, whether from a large firm, boutique consultancy, or industry experience delivering transformational change. Your ability to build strong relationships, manage senior stakeholders, shape complex business changes, scope services, develop strategies, conduct assessments, design interventions, engage stakeholders, assess readiness, model benefits, enable adoption, and drive culture transformations will be key to your success in this role. An industry-recognised Change Management accreditation would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues; manage senior client stakeholders.
- Shape and lead the implementation of complex business change programmes.
- Scope services, develop strategies, conduct assessments, design interventions, engage stakeholders, assess readiness, model benefits, enable adoption, and drive culture transformations.
- Deliver people and change consulting services; conduct change impact assessments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ consulting experience from a big consulting firm, boutique consultancy, or experience delivering transformational change in industry
- Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and colleagues
- Certifications such as PROSCI or APMG Change Practitioner would be advantageous
- Experience managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders
- Ability to shape and lead implementation of complex business change programmes
- Track record of scoping and delivering people and change consulting services
- Experience conducting change impact assessments
