We’re seeking an experienced HR Systems Specialist with strong expertise in iTrent to join our clients HR team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our HR systems operate efficiently, support business needs, and enable a seamless employee experience. You’ll be the subject matter expert for iTrent—responsible for system configuration, maintenance, optimisation, reporting, and supporting ongoing HR digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary system expert for iTrent, ensuring stability, accuracy, and reliable performance.
- Manage system configuration, workflows, organisational structures, and user permissions.
