We are currently looking for an experienced HR Systems Specialist – iTrent to join a great business on a short term contract, to manage the implementation of the new HR & payroll system, iTrent.
Location: Birmingham, with flexible working
Contract: initially 3 months, likely extension
Responsibilities:
- Working with the HR, systems, and project teams you will be responsible for the new HR & payroll system iTrent successful roll out.
- You will have access to project management resource and the wider HRIS team to assist with the implementation.
- The business is very complex with multiple organisations in the group, including varying terms and individual components.
- Working with the vendor directly and working closely with the Head of IT you will challenge & ensure the smooth transition to the new system.
- You will be responsible for creating workflows, mapping, cleansing, managing the data migration, UAT & roll out.
- Working with the HR & Payroll functions you will ensure parallel runs are performed prior to launch, working closely with payroll to maintain continuity throughout.
- Managing the parallel runs, alongside the existing system whilst providing UAT testing throughout the implementation and deployment process.
- Offering support to end users regarding the system as they transition over.

- Previous experience of iTrent.
- Experienced delivering projects on time to budget.
- Experienced providing technical support regarding iTrent to end users.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
