Key Responsibilities:
- Designing robust Azure PaaS architectures to support application migration and modernisation across key business domains such as scheduling and customer engagement.
- Assessing existing on-premises systems and developing strategic roadmaps for seamless migration to Azure.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, secure cloud-based solutions.
- Implementing core Azure services, including App Services, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Logic Apps, and Azure SQL databases.
- Establishing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices using tools like ARM templates or Terraform.
- Embedding best practices around security, scalability, cost optimisation, monitoring, and compliance into all solutions delivered.
- Providing technical mentorship to development teams to ensure consistent adoption of Azure standards.

- Expertise in .Net Core development alongside strong skills in Angular front-end frameworks and SQL database management.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service), and SaaS (Software as a Service) offerings.
- Proficiency in architecting solutions using core Azure services such as App Services, Application Gateway, Functions, Logic Apps, API Management tools, and Azure SQL databases.
- Hands-on experience implementing microservices architectures with effective API management strategies for scalable deployments.
- Strong understanding of Azure networking concepts (e.g., virtual networks) and identity management via Azure Active Directory (AD).
- Practical experience with tools like Azure Migrate for assessment/planning phases and infrastructure-as-code technologies such as ARM templates or Terraform.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices through automated deployment pipelines (CI/CD) using platforms like Azure DevOps or equivalent toolsets.
- Advanced knowledge of security best practices within cloud environments—including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), data protection strategies, and compliance requirements.
