They partner with leading financial institutions to deliver trusted settlement, processing, and data solutions that reduce risk and improve operational resilience.The Role:My client is seeking a Assistant Vice President, Client Engagement to join their EMEA Client Engagement team as an Assistant Vice President. This individual will be responsible for strengthening client relationships, driving product adoption, and contributing to revenue growth across a diverse range of institutions—including banks, asset managers, hedge funds, corporates, and non-bank financial institutions.The role requires fluency in a European language (Spanish, Italian, French, or German preferred) to support effective engagement with clients across the region.
Responsibilities:
Lead efforts to build and deepen client engagement across the EMEA region.
Promote uptake of the organisation’s product suite, including settlement, processing, and data services.
Identify and progress commercial opportunities across existing and prospective clients, including shareholder engagement, third-party access, and data solutions.
Manage the regional client targeting strategy and ensure accurate CRM record keeping.
Develop and implement client engagement plans with clear objectives and milestones.
Work collaboratively across global teams to meet both regional and organisational KPIs.
Deliver tailored value propositions through strategic client interactions.
Maintain comprehensive client records to support relationship development, compliance, and business insights.
Ensure a high standard of client service through consistent engagement, issue resolution, and feedback collection.
Share market and client insights with internal stakeholders to inform strategic initiatives.
Build a strong presence within the FX community through regular networking and dialogue with key decision-makers.
Candidate Profile
Demonstrable knowledge of the FX market, financial markets infrastructure, or payments sector.
Previous experience in client relationship management, business development, or product engagement within financial services.
Fluency in a European language (Spanish, Italian, French, or German) is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
