Senior Accounts Assistant Liverpool City Centre (based on-site) Up to £35k dependent on experience. Delighted to be exclusively partnered with an exciting, dynamic and growing Financial Services company in Liverpool City Centre. Searching for a Senior Accounts Assistant to help with the Operational/Treasury side of finance.
This will be a fantastic opportunity for somebody to work alongside an award-winning Financial Controller and really develop their financial skill-set. No two days will be the same in this role and it really can be what you make it.
Key Duties:
- Manage banking relationships with all banking partners
- Daily bank reconciliation for all member cash, ensuring operating system is reporting correct balance
- Manage daily payment process, ensuring payment are made in line with agreed SLAs
- Support the Financial Controller with production of monthly reporting packs including KPI reporting
- Management of credit control, ensuring aged debt is at an appropriate level and reported to the Financial Controller
- Lead the interest sharing process, supporting the Senior Management Accountant with reporting requirements
- Review operational accounting processes and practices and improve where necessary to ensure efficient financial operations
