An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised Accounts Administrator to join a growing business in Earlsfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial and administrative support across three entities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance administration, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Please note this is a 6 month FTC with the opportunity for extension.
As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance function across three entities. Your responsibilities will include managing client invoicing, handling supplier invoices, managing payroll details, reconciling bank account entries on Xero, handling VAT calculations and submissions, managing credit card statements and expenses reconciliation, and maintaining a robust filing system for all financial documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Finance Function.
- Follow procedures and systems.
- Manage client invoicing and sales/purchase ledgers.
- Coordinate with the outsourced Credit Control Company for credit control processes.
- Handle supplier invoices and reconcile supplier statements.
- Manage payroll details and transactions.
- Reconcile bank account entries on Xero.
- Handle VAT calculations and submissions.
- Manage credit card statements and expenses reconciliation.
- Maintain filing system for financial documents.
