An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Manager to join a leading manufacturing site near Oldham, offering a salary of £65,000 - £80,000 p/a plus additional benefits including car allowance and annual bonus. This role is designed for someone who is passionate about upholding the highest levels of Quality Assurance and QMS Standards, while mentoring and developing a team with varying levels of experience.
What you'll do: As Quality Manager, you will be entrusted with leading the site's entire quality agenda, setting strategic direction while ensuring day-to-day operational excellence. Your role will see you collaborating across departments to embed robust systems that guarantee compliance with all relevant regulations.

- Set the overall quality strategy for the site by deploying group and divisional quality frameworks that align with corporate vision.

- Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems that adhere to both internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports including QA Specialists, Hygiene Specialists, and QC Supervisors to foster a high-performance culture focused on shared goals.
