An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Management Accountant to join a fast-growing, private equity-backed education business based in Manchester City Centre. This is an immediate requirement, and the successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running from day one. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will take full ownership of the monthly management accounts process, providing accurate financial reporting and insightful analysis to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production of full monthly management accounts
  • Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
  • Profit & Loss variance analysis and commentary
  • Month-end close activities
  • Revenue reporting and analysis
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Delivering financial insights to key stakeholders
  • Assisting with ad hoc finance projects as required

  • ACCA / CIMA
  • Proven experience producing full management accounts
