A growing organisation is seeking an experienced Head of People to lead and develop the people function across a multi-site organisation. Following significant growth through acquisition, this is an opportunity to shape culture, drive engagement, ensure compliance and support the integration of teams across the group. Reporting into the leadership team, you'll lead a small HR team and play a key role in the organisation's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the people strategy across the group
- Drive culture, engagement and staff wellbeing initiatives
- Ensure safeguarding, safer recruitment and HR compliance standards
- Support acquisitions, TUPE processes and business integration
- Develop management capability and improve staff retention
- Oversee HR systems, policies and processes
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Senior Leadership Team

- Proven experience in a senior HR or Head of People role
