Our client, a well-established and growing global manufacturing organisation, is seeking an experienced Export Manager to oversee and optimise international shipping and compliance processes. Operating in a highly regulated, export-controlled environment, this role is critical in ensuring the efficient, compliant movement of goods across international markets while supporting continued global growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Export Operations
- Manage end-to-end export processes across multiple international markets
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders in line with delivery requirements
- Oversee shipping activities across air, sea, and road freight
- Compliance & Regulatory
- Ensure adherence to all relevant export regulations, customs legislation, and international trade requirements
- Manage export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and export declarations
- Oversee export licensing and maintain accurate compliance records
- Conduct sanctions screening and ensure compliance with restricted party regulations where required
- Logistics & Freight Management
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers
- Monitor and optimise transport costs
