We are seeking an experienced Contract Transformation & Change Consultant to support the launch, adoption and growth of innovative SaaS and technology-led solutions within a rapidly evolving market. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong change management expertise, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a solid understanding of SaaS, technology and digital solutions. - Work closely with technical and product teams to understand solution capabilities.
- Translate technical concepts into clear business value.
- Support go-to-market, customer onboarding and adoption activities.
- Bridge the gap between business, technology and operational teams.
- Contribute to the evolution of products and services through feedback and market insights.
- Support customers throughout the SaaS adoption lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation, engagement and value realisation. About You The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in Change Management, Business Transformation or Digital Transformation roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement experience.
- Experience working with senior leaders and executive teams.
- A solid understanding of technology solutions, digital platforms, SaaS products, data and systems integration.
- Excellent communication, workshop facilitation and presentation skills.
- The ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when required.
- Experience supporting product launches, transformation programmes or technology adoption initiatives.
- Ideally, experience working within a SaaS environment, with exposure to customer onboarding, implementation, adoption, customer success and benefits realisation.
