You will be working for a reputable, well-established business based in Sale who are seeking a Credit Control Team Leader to join their exciting team.
This is a full-time, permanent role with flexible working procedures in place, including hybrid working.
Your key duties will include; leading, motivating and developing the Credit Control team to achieve and exceed collection targets, overseeing the proactive chasing of debt via telephone & email, monitoring team performance and KPIs, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing escalated queries and complex accounts, identifying and mitigating credit risk, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, producing performance reports and supporting continuous process improvements across the department.
To be considered you must have previous Credit Control experience, proven leadership or supervisory experience, and be able to work & thrive within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
