An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Manager to join a leading manufacturing site near Oldham, offering a salary of £65,000 - £80,000 p/a plus additional benefits including car allowance and annual bonus.

This role is designed for someone who is passionate about upholding the highest levels of Quality Assurance and QMS Standards, while mentoring and developing a team with varying levels of experience.

What you'll do: As Quality Manager, you will be entrusted with leading the site's entire quality agenda, setting strategic direction while ensuring day-to-day operational excellence.

Your role will see you collaborating across departments to embed robust systems that guarantee compliance with all relevant regulations.

You will champion continuous improvement initiatives that drive measurable enhancements in product quality and hygiene standards, while developing your team's capabilities through coaching and mentoring to create an environment where everyone understands their role in maintaining high standards.

Your ability to act as a trusted partner during audits or inspections will be essential in safeguarding both customer satisfaction and regulatory standing.
