This contractor role offers the chance to work on high-profile client negotiations, engage with agent banks, and contribute to technical regulatory and other project work. The successful candidate will be part of a team providing a range of services to institutional clients, including global custody, depositary services, accounting, administration, ETF servicing, middle office, foreign exchange, liquidity management, agency securities finance, collateral management, performance management and data solutions. * Contractor role within a dynamic Securities Services Legal team * Opportunity to work on high-profile client negotiations and technical regulatory projects * Part of a team providing a wide range of services to institutional clients What you’ll do: As a Security Services Lawyer, you will play an integral role in supporting a fast-paced Securities Services business. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include engaging in high-profile client negotiations and liaising with agent banks. You will also contribute to technical regulatory and other project work. You have strong negotiation skills and are comfortable handling high-profile client negotiations. Your background includes technical regulatory and project work.
