Robert Walters are currently supporting a leading business based in Stafford in their recruitment of a qualified Management Accountant on a permanent basis. The role requires 5 days on-site and is paying £45k.
Key Responsibilities of the Management Accountant:
- Prepare monthly management accounts with accuracy, ensuring all financial data is presented clearly for internal review.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by collaborating closely with colleagues across departments to gather relevant information.
- Support the month-end close process by reconciling accounts and investigating variances to maintain high standards of financial integrity.
- Provide insightful analysis on financial performance, highlighting trends and areas for improvement in a manner that supports decision-making.
- Work together with other finance professionals to ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations at all times.
- Contribute to the preparation of statutory accounts, liaising with auditors as required to facilitate smooth year-end procedures.

- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
