Change & Transformation Director | Outside IR35 Contract
I'm supporting a leading public sector organisation seeking an experienced Change & Transformation Director to lead a complex, enterprise-wide transformation programme following a major organisational merger.
Post-merger, the organisation is entering a critical phase of integration and transformation. With senior leadership changes underway, they require an accomplished transformation leader to provide strategic direction, establish a clear roadmap, and ensure the organisation delivers against a unified vision and operating model.
Key Objectives
Develop and deliver a clear 3-year transformation strategy
Establish an integrated portfolio across 20+ strategic transformation initiatives
Create streamlined governance, prioritisation and delivery frameworks
Align technology, people, operational and data strategies
Deliver a sustainable succession and leadership capability plan
Drive full organisational integration and cultural alignment

Lead a complex portfolio of 20+ strategic transformation initiatives
Drive post-merger integration across people, processes, technology and culture
Establish effective governance, portfolio management and delivery frameworks
Provide executive leadership across major business transformation programmes

Influence and engage stakeholders at Board, Executive and operational levels
