As part of an ongoing technology transformation programme, they are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to join the team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

Your Role
As Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will act as the key link between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping to translate business requirements into practical, deliverable technology solutions.

You will be expected to get into the detail quickly, understand existing processes and systems, identify gaps and help drive improvements through to implementation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Gathering, analysing and documenting business, functional and technical requirements.
Working with stakeholders to understand existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Producing AS-IS and TO-BE process maps, user stories, use cases, business rules and acceptance criteria.
Supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 requirements across areas such as CRM, Customer Engagement, Membership, Student Management, Business Central and/or Finance & Operations.
