London | Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home) | £65,000 - £85,000 + Bonus + Benefits
This is a true sole contributor opportunity, ideal for a commercially minded Recruitment Manager who enjoys operating both strategically and hands-on. You will be responsible for elevating the recruitment function, driving best practice, enhancing hiring processes, and partnering closely with stakeholders across the business to attract and secure top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and own the entire recruitment lifecycle across the business.
Develop and implement a best-in-class recruitment strategy.
Elevate and modernise recruitment processes, workflows, and candidate experience.
Partner with hiring managers to deliver effective workforce planning and hiring solutions.
Introduce innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
Utilise recruitment technology, automation, and AI tools to drive efficiency and improve hiring outcomes.
Analyse recruitment data and provide insights to support business decisions.
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a consistent, inclusive, and high-quality recruitment process.
About You
Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, or similar standalone recruitment role.
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
Passionate about improving recruitment processes and implementing new ways of working.
Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of recruitment systems, automation, and AI-driven recruitment tools.
Comfortable working autonomously and taking full ownership of the recruitment function.
Data-driven approach with excellent organisational and project management skills.
