My client, a rapidly growing, PE-backed property business, are looking to appoint a Project Finance Manager to join their Corporate Finance team in South Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA/ACCA/CIMA-qualified accountant with experience in an advisory, transaction services or corporate finance environment who is looking to transition into an in-house role. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and leading on a wide range of complex transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, restructures and refinancing activities. The role will provide significant exposure to senior stakeholders across the organisation and the opportunity to contribute to a period of substantial growth and investment. What you'll do: Lead the accounting for property acquisitions and disposals, ensuring transactions are accurately accounted for and appropriately documented.
