Programme Lead - Divestment
Day rate - £700 per day
Outside IR35
Location - Hybrid Travel across the Midlands.
Duration - Initial 6 Months
Robert Walters is supporting a leading not-for-profit organisation that is preparing to divest a portion of its business to a private equity-backed organisation. They are seeking an experienced Programme Lead with expertise in sale readiness and divestment projects, particularly within the framework of UK Government regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects within a large-scale transformation and separation programme.
- Coordinate stakeholders across Technology, Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations functions.
- Support joint ventures or organisational restructuring initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience delivering complex transformation or business change projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in preparing businesses for sale.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with executive leadership and cross-functional department leads.
