Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities, including tendering, negotiation and contract award.
- Develop and implement category and sourcing strategies that deliver commercial value and support business objectives.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance and contract lifecycle activities.
- Provide commercial and procurement expertise to stakeholders across the organisation.
- Ensure compliance with procurement governance, policies and risk management frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement across procurement processes, systems and reporting.
- Support the development of junior procurement professionals and contribute to team capability building.
About You
- 7-10 years' experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, contracts or commercial management.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience operating within a structured corporate environment.
- Strong contract management and supplier relationship management experience.
- Familiarity with procurement systems and sourcing platforms.
- CIPS or equivalent professional qualification is advantageous.
