Urgently seeking x2 contract Service Desk Analysts to join a busy IT support team based in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong customer service and 1st line IT support experience who are available to start immediately.

Location: Norwich

Rate: £100 per day (Umbrella)

Contract: 3 Months

IR35 Status: Inside IR35 (Umbrella Company Only)

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Shifts: Between 08:00 and 18:00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line IT support to end users.
  • Deliver customer-focused information, advice, and technical assistance.
  • Log, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents and service requests.
  • Escalate complex issues where required.
  • Maintain accurate records within the service management system.
  • Support users across a range of hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service and communication at all times.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous Service Desk / Helpdesk / 1st Line Support experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems.
  • Good understanding of Windows environments, Office 365, and general IT support.
