An opportunity has arisen for a qualified Finance Business Partner to join a fast-paced organisation. This is a commercially focused role where you'll work closely with operational stakeholders to provide financial insight, influence strategic decision-making and support complex business initiatives. What you'll do
- Deliver weekly forecasts and meaningful financial insight to senior stakeholders, and partnering with operational teams to provide commercial finance support supporting fast-paced decision making.
- Build financial models, scenario analysis and business cases to support strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting and data transparency through automation and continuous improvement.
- Support year-end reporting within demanding reporting deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial performance
- This is a 100% site based role.
What you'll bring
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with approx. 2-3 years' post-qualified experience.
- Previous experience within Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A.
- Strong forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling skills with a forward-looking commercial mindset.
- Confidence partnering senior stakeholders and translating financial information into meaningful commercial insight.
- A naturally curious and analytical approach with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Strong Excel skills, with exposure to ERP systems and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
- Experience gained within a manufacturing or another product-led environment is desirable.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment where adaptability is essential.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the confidence to constructively challenge stakeholders.
