The Role Key responsibilities will include: Advising on legal and regulatory issues relating to derivatives, repo and securities lending. Providing guidance on EMIR, UK EMIR Margin Rules, MiFID II, FCA/PRA requirements and relevant US regulatory frameworks. Supporting the implementation and interpretation of evolving regulatory requirements across Global Markets. Advising on clearing arrangements, transaction reporting and capital-related regulatory issues. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of market documentation, including terms of business and regulatory disclosures.
