  • Align common goals between Global Business Services and business units while standardising processes for greater efficiency.
  • Participate as a key member in global strategic projects led by the Global Process Owner organisation.
  • Identify opportunities for process re-engineering and continuous improvement across all Order to Cash processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Act as a change agent by deploying new processes with minimal disruption and ensuring sustainability throughout the organisation.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement through best practice sharing and visible hands-on leadership.
