Role:
- Cultivate strong client relationships, providing expert counsel on PR, social media, and communications strategies. ·
- Work with the wider team to craft and deliver winning campaigns that affect real change in audience perception.
- Ensure a high quality of innovative, creative work is delivered to client timescales and KPIs.
- Manage, mentor, and coach a team of communications specialists for day-to-day operations and development.
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to organic and new business proposals.
- Drive successful press office activity to deliver both earned media coverage and strong social results.
About you:
- Several years' agency experience leading a variety of accounts, ideally including FMCG sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional and social media landscapes, plus influencer engagement.
- Experienced in stakeholder management, press office oversight, and consumer campaigns.
- Comfortable managing, motivating, and guiding teams while nurturing internal talent.
- A strategic mindset that thrives on creative challenges and fast-paced environments.
