Tax Operations Business Analyst
London | 6-Month Contract | £350-£450 per day
We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join a leading global financial services organisation within its Capital Markets Tax Operations function.
This is a 6-month contract (strong likelihood of extension) opportunity focused on supporting international tax and regulatory change, working across tax operations, business processes and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Support international tax and regulatory change initiatives within Capital Markets Tax Operations
- Work across withholding tax and tax reclaim processes
- Gather, document and manage business and functional requirements
- Map current and future-state processes and identify areas for improvement
- Support testing activities and ensure requirements are accurately reflected in delivered solutions
- Work closely with Operations and wider business/technology stakeholders
Key Requirements
- Strong Business Analyst experience within financial services
- Experience working within Tax Operations, particularly withholding tax and/or tax reclaims
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping and testing
- Understanding of international tax or regulatory change
- Exposure to MiKa DIV and/or the OECD FASTER initiative would be highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Contract Details
- Duration: 6 months, with potential for extension
- Rate: £350-£450 per day
