A global asset management firm is seeking an experienced PMO Lead to play a key role in a multi year transformation programme. This is an initial 6 month contract with potential for extension.
You will lead programme-wide governance, planning, reporting, financial control and MI, working closely with senior stakeholders and overseeing the PMO function.
Key responsibilities
- Own and maintain the programme governance framework and controls.
- Lead integrated planning, reporting, RAID and dependency management.
- Oversee programme budgets, forecasts, actuals and financial reporting.
- Produce high-quality MI and insight for senior leadership.
- Coordinate executive governance forums, including papers, actions and decisions.
- Lead and develop the PMO team.
- Drive consistent PMO processes and standards across workstreams.
- Provide constructive challenge and ensure risks and issues are proactively managed.
