A leading London organisation is seeking a Personal Assistant to support its Occupier Hub Executive team. Supporting approximately four key stakeholders and the wider department, you'll provide essential administrative support in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This is an ongoing temporary role with the potential to become a long-term opportunity, offering flexible working, ongoing training and professional development within a supportive organisation.

What you'll do:

  • Provide proactive administrative support to key stakeholders and the wider team.
  • Manage complex diaries, including meetings, client appointments, lunches and dinners.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, visas and itineraries.
  • Maintain pitch schedules, ensuring key deadlines and commitments are met.
  • Process expenses accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage electronic filing systems and ensure documents are organised and accessible.
  • Organise internal and client events, both onsite and offsite.
  • Draft, review and format documents, including NDAs, deeds of variation and terminations.
  • Provide wider departmental support and adapt to changing priorities when required.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

What you bring:

  • You must be immediately available to start.
  • At least 2 year's experience as a Personal Assistant within a corporate or executive environment.
  • Strong diary management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Professional, discreet and confident when handling confidential information.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience drafting legal documents is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous event planning experience would be beneficial.
