Urgent Contract Enterprise Architect; primary technical driver for shaping and closing enterprise sales opportunities and for supporting long-term customer success through value realisation of Adobe marketing technology programmes. The role partners closely with technical, marketing, and executive stakeholders to evaluate current-state environments and business objectives, then design future-state architectures using Adobe's marketing and experience platforms.
The EA is responsible for defining marketing technology architectures, managing digital engagement roadmaps, and demonstrating the "art of the possible" across data-driven, personalised digital experiences built on Adobe solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the lead technical authority across sales, delivery, and value realisation engagements.
- Engage with technical, marketing, and executive stakeholders to assess current-state marketing stacks and define future-state architectures.
- Design enterprise-scale, secure, and scalable architectures using Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Marketing applications.
- Define and communicate digital engagement roadmaps aligned to business outcomes and ROI.
- Develop and present value-based technical narratives that link Adobe capabilities to measurable business impact.
- Support opportunity shaping, solution positioning, and technical decision making.
- Rapidly diagnose architectural challenges and produce clear, future-state technical designs.
Skills & Experience
Ideally have strong hands-on experience architecting and integrating Adobe enterprise platforms, including:
- AEP data models and ingestion (batch, streaming, APIs).
- Identity, profile unification, segmentation, and activation.
- Adobe Analytics and cross-channel measurement.
- Personalisation and experimentation.
- Workflow and marketing operations enablement.
Additional Skills That Set You Apart:
- Recent experience building enterprise-level, ROI-driven business cases for marketing technology transformations.
- Hands-on experience architecting and/or delivering native, Flutter, or React-Native mobile applications integrated with Adobe platforms.
- Experience leading a revenue-focused book of business, including pipeline management, contract/scope review, and value realisation measurement.
- Familiarity with generative AI use cases within digital marketing, personalisation, content generation, or insights.
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience in a consultative architectural role supporting large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems (e.g. Enterprise Architect, Principal Consultant, or senior in-house marketing/technology leader).
- Strong working knowledge of the end-to-end digital marketing journey, including: Adtech (CDPs, DMPs, DSPs), Marketing automation and orchestration, Omni-channel personalisation, Content management and generation, CRM integration, Media activation, Measurement, analytics, and insights.
- Significant hands-on experience with enterprise platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.) with emphasis on: REST APIs, Cloud storage, Structured and unstructured data, Security and governance, Data ingress and egress patterns.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas through clear technical and business storytelling to technical, marketing, and executive audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with advanced expertise in PowerPoint and architecture visualisation tools (Lucidchart, Visio).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Business (MBA), or equivalent experience.
- TOGAF certification preferred.
