Your Role
- Lead a team delivering Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI-driven solutions using platforms like Tungsten Automation, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Gen AI tools.
- Oversee solution development, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Drive business process reengineering efforts to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across EMEA Operations and communicate programme updates effectively.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure innovative approaches to transformation.
Your Profile
- Proven experience leading digital transformation projects in financial services or consultancy environments.
- Expertise in intelligent automation platforms (e. g., Tungsten Automation/KTA/RPA/PEGA) and Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
