- Demonstrable experience in business analysis with expertise in gathering requirements and constructing process designs that support delivery activities.
- Experience or understanding of designing target state business architecture such as capability maps, operating models, value streams or service models is desirable.
- Strategic acumen enabling comprehension of organisational objectives and formulation of effective transformation strategies aligned with business goals.
