Your Role:
- Identify and improve business processes through digitalisation and automation.
- Design and implement solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI - including DAX and Power Query) and Tungsten Automation tools
- Promote generative AI tools like Copilot and integrate AI agents into workflows.
- Prepare impactful updates for committees and stakeholders.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience delivering transformation projects within financial services.
- Strong, hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, with working knowledge of DAX and Power Query)
- Familiarity with process automation platforms (e.g., Tungsten Automation or PEGA).
- Proficiency in Python for data processing tasks.
- Strong documentation skills using PowerPoint for non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of corporate banking operations and change management principles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and planning skills.
