An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced FP&A Manager to join a growing organisation in Warwickshire. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, providing commercial insight to support strategic decision-making and business growth. You will partner with senior stakeholders across the business, delivering board-level reporting, supporting strategic projects and driving improvements across FP&A processes and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Deliver insightful monthly management reporting, including variance analysis and performance commentary.
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to improve business performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide analysis of revenue, margin, costs, and cash flow to support key business decisions.
- Produce board-level presentations and reports, translating complex financial data into commercial insights.
- Support long-term business planning and scenario analysis.
- Assist with business cases, acquisitions, capital investments, and strategic projects as required.
What the successful candidate will bring
- Full qualified accountant.
- Proven experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering roles.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
