This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering technology-enabled change across education, learning, membership and operational services.
Your Role
As Technical Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, from initiation and planning through to implementation, go-live and transition into business-as-usual operations.
You will work across a range of technology platforms and will be particularly focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Microsoft CRM solutions and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
A key part of the role will be ensuring that technology solutions effectively support learners, members and internal teams, while improving processes and delivering a positive user experience.
You will:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are delivered to agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
Apply appropriate project delivery methodologies, with proven hands-on experience of DSDM being essential, alongside Agile and Waterfall approaches.
Develop and maintain detailed project and delivery plans, proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies and milestones.
