Who You Will Work With
Our client is a global financial services organisation providing specialist banking and financial markets solutions. The company offers a collaborative, multicultural and professionally driven environment, with opportunities for career development across a range of banking and corporate functions.
What You'll Do
Coordinate all relocation, immigration and tax services for global employees
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for seamless assignments
Ensure accurate data exchanges with Payroll and HR systems
Oversee policy reviews and ensure best market practice
Manage employee benefits queries and assist with annual renewals
Prepare remuneration systems for year-end processes
Handle invoice and purchase order processing for HR services
What You Bring
Proven experience in global mobility operations
Knowledge of visas, relocation and immigration processes
Strong Excel and HR systems proficiency
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and stakeholder management ability
Professional services background preferred
