This is a high-profile leadership position that will play a critical role in ensuring the business attracts, develops and retains exceptional talent while building the leadership capability required to support future growth.
The Role
As Global Head of Talent, you will design and execute a comprehensive talent strategy that connects every stage of the employee lifecycle, from attraction and onboarding through to development, succession and leadership progression.
Working closely with executive stakeholders and regional leaders, you will establish global frameworks, governance and standards while enabling local markets to tailor talent initiatives to meet their specific business needs. xgikmsk
