Location: Central London (office-based)
Salary: Β£45,000 - Β£50,000 + discretionary bonus
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a fast-paced investment-focused business, supporting a team of senior professionals. This is a varied role offering a blend of executive support, travel coordination, operational administration and presentation production within a high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Previous experience working as an EA/PA/Team Assistant is required for this role.
- Manage complex diaries, meetings and scheduling.
- Coordinate internal meetings, client events and team activities.
- Arrange UK and international travel, including complex multi-stop itineraries.
- Handle last-minute travel changes and logistical requirements.
- Act as a key point of contact between stakeholders, clients and service providers.
- Support transaction and documentation workflows, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Review, reconcile and verify information across internal systems and third parties.
- Maintain organised records, filing systems and team documentation.
- Liaise with external counterparts and suppliers to obtain required information and materials.
- Prepare, format and quality-check presentations, reports and meeting packs.
- Produce polished PowerPoint presentations and client-facing materials.
- Assist with process improvements and operational projects.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide ad hoc administrative and team support as required.
About You
- Previous experience as an Executive/Personal/Team Assistant is required to be considered for this role.
- Strong Canva/Powerpoint experience required.
- Experience working within financial services is required.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and managing competing demands.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Professional, adaptable and solutions-focused.
- Experience within financial services, investment management, banking or another financial services environment is required.
