Location: Manchester
Contract: 6 months
Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 days in the office (Tuesday to Thursday); fully onsite during training

What You'll Do
Handle and resolve client requests efficiently and empathetically
Communicate clearly with clients and internal partners
Collaborate across departments to develop tailored solutions
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Contribute to process improvements and special projects
What You Bring
Proven customer service experience, ideally within a call centre or client services environment.
Experience in administration and complaint handling
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset
Interest in learning about financial products and services
Commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence
