As a Buyer, you'll take charge of sourcing top-quality packaging materials that meet demanding cost and availability targets. Your days will be filled with:
Negotiating pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers.
Building and nurturing supplier relationships by conducting regular performance reviews.
Working hand-in-hand with Quality, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to ensure packaging solutions match evolving business needs and creative ambitions.
Analyse market trends to inform strategic sourcing decisions that drive long-term business success.
Raise and manage purchase orders with meticulous attention to detail.

Demonstrable experience in purchasing or buying packaging materials within an FMCG environment.
Proven negotiation skills combined with the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively over time.

Outstanding communication skills coupled with stakeholder management expertise across different levels of the business.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel alongside familiarity with ERP systems.
