We're recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded specialist professional services firm looking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor (2-5 years PQE) to join their growing legal team. Applications from NQ's will be considered.
You'll work on complex international corporate projects for multinational organisations, advising on cross-border restructures, commercial agreements, governance matters and strategic corporate initiatives. Full training will be provided in a highly specialised area, giving you the opportunity to develop expertise that is genuinely unique within the legal market.
Key responsibilities include:
· Drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements
· Advising on corporate structures and international reorganisations
· Preparing board minutes, shareholder resolutions and governance documentation
· Supporting M&A transactions and legal due diligence
· Managing legal workstreams across multiple stakeholders
· Supervising paralegals and supporting project delivery
· Building trusted relationships with clients and advisers
About You:
· Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
· 2-5 years PQE. NQ's with a Corporate seat will be considered
· Experienced within Corporate, Commercial or Transactional law
· Confident drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
· Strong knowledge of company law and corporate governance
· Comfortable managing matters with increasing autonomy
· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
· Exposure to M&A, group restructures or multinational organisations would be advantageous but isn't essential.
