The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a pivotal role in shaping a seamless and high-quality candidate journey across Baird’s European hiring landscape. Based in our UK office, you will sit at the heart of our recruitment operations, ensuring every interaction reflects the professionalism and excellence of our brand.

In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end coordination across multiple hiring processes—managing complex interview scheduling, event coordination, preparing compliant offer packs for both London and Frankfurt, and overseeing rigorous European background screening processes. Your ability to balance precision with pace will be key in ensuring each stage of the process runs smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners across regions, you will act as a trusted partner—bringing organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to everything you do. The Impact You’ll Make:

  • Coordinate and manage complex interview scheduling across multiple time zones, including virtual and in‑person interviews, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
  • Prepare and assemble offer packs for London and Frankfurt hires, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with local requirements.
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end background screening processes across Europe, partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and completion.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in recruiting and HR systems, with strong attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and internal partners, responding to inquiries and providing clear communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and HR colleagues to support efficient, compliant hiring workflows.
  • Identify issues or discrepancies in offers, background checks, or scheduling and proactively elevate or resolve them.
  • Support process improvements and documentation to enhance consistency and scalability across European recruiting operations.

What You’ll Bring to Baird:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a related administrative support role.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating interviews and managing calendars in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when working with offer documentation and background screening requirements.
  • Familiarity with recruiting or HR systems (e.g., applicant tracking systems, HRIS); Workday experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working across geographies and time zones, with an understanding of regional nuances.
