Mr. Prime is a fast-growing eCommerce agency helping brands scale on TikTok Shop through creator partnerships, live shopping campaigns, and performance marketing. We work with some of the most exciting products and creators in the space, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven TikTok Shop Brand Manager to join our team.

The Role

As a TikTok Shop Brand Manager at Mr. Prime, you’ll oversee a portfolio of client brands and be directly responsible for their growth on TikTok Shop. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating internally with our creator team, ads team, and live team to execute successful strategies across content, UPTK, and GMV.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple brands on TikTok Shop
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and performance updates
  • Oversee UPTK setup, creator outreach, affiliate video distribution, GMV campaign tracking, and operational success
  • Lead weekly performance meetings with clients, providing data-backed insights and growth recommendations
  • Monitor KPIs such as GMV, AOV, CTR, CVR, and overall account health
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts between internal teams to ensure campaign success
  • Identify growth opportunities through creator sourcing, promotional calendars, and ad scaling strategies
  • Keep up with evolving TikTok Shop tools, trends, and features to maximize brand success

Requirements

  • Based in the United Kingdom
  • 1+ year of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, account management, or TikTok Shop operations
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, UPTK, and affiliate tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Data-driven with comfort in Google Sheets, performance dashboards, and KPI analysis
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience managing TikTok Shop accounts or campaigns
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing and influencer collaboration workflows
  • Experience working with creators or live shopping events
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, or other marketplace platforms
