Robert Kime Limited is looking for an accounts administrative assistant to support our finance department across the Kime group of companies. The candidate will provide high level admin support to the Financial Controller, Finance Assistant and Restoration Team alongside other members of staff. The role requires a proactive individual who is self-motivated with excellent attention to detail. This is a full-time role with working hours 0900-1700, Monday to Friday in our Marlborough Head Office, with travel to nearby offices when necessary.
General Responsibilities
- Support to our Financial Controller with administrative tasks
- Provide monthly nominal analysis to Financial Controller
- Assist with Purchase Ledger Entry
- Expenses payments
- Responsible for the production of sales invoices and purchase ledger for Kime Restoration
- Administration support to Kime Restoration Workshop Manager, including but not limited to order tracking, setting up suppliers, placing orders and supplier payments.
Qualifications required
- Minimum of 3 years accounting experience
- Proficient in the use of Sage accounting software
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Mac Office programmes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to be proactive and self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
