Robert Irving Burns has managed commercial and residential property in central London for over 60 years. We are an independent firm with a loyal client base ranging from private individuals to financial institutions and publicly quoted companies.

We are looking for a Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of an allocated portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties across central London. This is a full-time, office-based role. You will report to the Associate Director of Property Management and be supported by a dedicated reactive maintenance and facilities team.

Your new job will involve:

  • Looking after an allocated portfolio of properties consisting of predominantly commercial properties and a selection of mixed-use properties.
  • Being part of a team of Property Managers assisted by Reactive Maintenance and Facilities Co-Ordinators.
  • Reporting to the Associate Director of Property Management.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, tenants, and leaseholders.
  • Managing all Landlord responsibilities.

This is an exciting role which will allow learning and developing your knowledge and skills.
