As a Landlord & Tenant/Valuation Surveyor you will be working with a loyal client base looking after a diverse portfolio. - Lease advisory: Advise clients on lease events including rent reviews, lease renewals, break clauses, surrenders, and re-gears for landlords and tenants.
- Interpret and apply lease terms, statutory provisions, and case law to provide accurate technical advice.
- Analyse market comparables, rental evidence, and valuation data to support negotiations.
- Prepare detailed reports, calculations, and recommendations for lease events.
- Monitor critical lease dates and ensure timely action on renewals, reviews, and breaks.
- Collaborate closely with the property management and commercial agency teams.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and database management for client portfolios.
- Support internal quality assurance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver RICS Red Book valuations across commercial and residential assets, including retail, office, industrial and development sites.
Requirements:
- RICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer.
- Excellent analytical, numerical and report-writing skills.
You’ll be offered a competitive salary of up to £70,000 per annum depending on your experience and a comprehensive benefits package:
