The role
As a Landlord RICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer;
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills;
- Excellent analytical, numerical and report-writing skills;
- Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities;
- The ability to form and maintain strong business relationships;
- Team Player but also an ability to work autonomously;
- Be a highly motivated individual with a ‘can do’ attitude and a desire to progress and learn;
- Have a proactive attitude and the ability to multitask.
Salary
- Holidays: 25 days + Bank holidays;
- Occupational sick pay: up to 15 days based on length of service;
