The role

As a Landlord RICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer;

Required Skills

  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills;
  • Excellent analytical, numerical and report-writing skills;
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities;
  • The ability to form and maintain strong business relationships;
  • Team Player but also an ability to work autonomously;
  • Be a highly motivated individual with a ‘can do’ attitude and a desire to progress and learn;
  • Have a proactive attitude and the ability to multitask.

Salary

  • Holidays: 25 days + Bank holidays;
  • Occupational sick pay: up to 15 days based on length of service;
